Complaints Management Tools

An organisation’s ability to identify, manage and promptly resolve complaints received from third parties is a key part of any Corporate Governance Program.

Nova Solutions™ Fundamentals' Complaints Handling Program has been developed in line with the Australian and International Standards for Complaints Handling (AS ISO 10002-2006).
